Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Logo Creation.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
The Service
Logo Creation.app provides access to a library of professionally designed brand marks available for purchase. Each mark is sold on a one-sale exclusivity basis and is permanently removed from the library following a completed purchase.
Purchases and Payment
All purchases are made via a single one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges. Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment provider. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
File Delivery and Access
Following a completed purchase, you will receive access to a full vector file suite including SVG, EPS, PDF, AI, and transparent PNG formats. Files are made available for immediate download. Lifetime editor access is included with your purchase.
Ownership and License
Upon completing your purchase, you receive full commercial rights to use the purchased mark for your business. This includes use across print, digital, signage, merchandise, and business documentation.
On completion of purchase, full copyright of the purchased mark transfers to the buyer. Logo Creation retains no ongoing rights to the design following the sale.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original design files. You may not claim authorship of the underlying design.
Exclusivity
Each design is sold exactly once. Once a purchase is completed, the mark is permanently removed from the library and will not be sold to any other buyer.
Refund Policy
Due to the instant digital delivery and exclusive nature of each purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your files, contact our support team and we will resolve it.
Intellectual Property
All designs published in the Logo Creation.app library are original works created by and owned by Logo Creation. Reproduction, recreation, or imitation of any design from the library without authorization is a breach of copyright. Logo Creation reserves the right to pursue any party found to be copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting designs from the library without a valid purchase.
All designs remain the intellectual property of Logo Creation and its designers until the point of sale. Upon purchase, commercial usage rights and full copyright transfer to the buyer under the terms outlined above.
In the event that a design from the library has been unlawfully copied, recreated, or used by a third party without authorization, Logo Creation bears no liability for any resulting trademark conflicts or commercial disputes. Logo Creation retains the right to pursue copyright infringement claims against any party found to have stolen or replicated designs from the library, but this action does not create any legal obligation or guarantee on behalf of Logo Creation toward the buyer.
Unauthorized Use
Reproducing, copying, or using any design from the Logo Creation.app library without completing a purchase is an infringement of copyright. Logo Creation reserves the right to take action against any unauthorized use of designs from the library.
Limitation of Liability
Logo Creation.app provides its service on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the files delivered.
Logo Creation.app does not guarantee that any purchased mark is free from prior conflicting use by third parties. Logo Creation is not responsible for any trademark conflicts, registration outcomes, or disputes arising from the independent actions of third parties prior to or following a purchase. Trademark registration is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
